Handwritten document whereby Don Jose Maximiliano Fernandez and Don Jose Leandro Riveron sign themselves as witnesses that Don Lucan Francisco Febeun y Banfi is a resident of the City of Mexico and with the same document, they affirm that they have nominated Dr. Lucas as a sub delegate of the same jurisdiction. Signed March 4, 1810. The document is badly trimmed at the top making some of it illegible. It carries official and royal seals and indicates a cost of 12 Spanish Reales. Documento escrito a mano donde Don José Maximiliano Fernandez y Don José Leandro Riveron se apuntan como testigos que Don Lucas Francisco Fabeun y Banfi como residente de la Ciudad de México y con la misma afirman que han nominado a Don Lucas Francisco Fabeun y Banfi como subdelegado de la misma jurisdicción. Firmada el 4 de marzo de 1810. El documento está mal recortado en la parte superior de cada página. Lleva un sello oficial y un sello real, y señala que costó 12 reales.
